It is worth to mention that whereas representative of employee is in charge of negotiations & interactions between employee HSE & contractor HSE, and is obliged to transfer attitudes of employee HSE to contractor HSE without any alteration and take attitudes of employee HSE, before any interference in contractor’s HSE, along with consistent interaction with employee HSE.
